The company also received a citation from the Governor of Gyeongnam Province for its contribution to the revitalization of small and medium-sized venture companies at the 'Gyeongnam Venture Entrepreneurs' Day' event held on October 27.

JD Co., Ltd. also received a citation from the Governor of Gyeongnam Province as an outstanding graduate of Gyeongsang National University's Entrepreneurship Incubation Center in the "Gyeongnam Venture Entrepreneurs' Day" event for its contributions to the revitalization of small and medium-sized venture companies.

In addition, Hypercon Co., Ltd. an excellent tenant of the incubator, received a technology award from the Korean Society of Construction and Circulating Resources for its high-purity carbon cap manufacturing technology using waste cathode materials and CNTs.

Jun Engineering Co., Ltd. has achieved sales growth through the development of the first software (S/W) for small and medium-sized shipbuilders that can be operated independently without expensive foreign programs and a ship model automation system using 3D printers. In addition, the company received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award and the Gyeongnam Governor's Commendation in recognition of its contribution to attracting domestic and foreign investment and opening new markets, including the signing of a $2 million memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Greek shipping company Starbulk and approval of business reorganization by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

JD co., Ltd. has been awarded 12 intellectual property rights including technology transfer by continuously developing technology according to the purpose of use with the goal of diversifying multipurpose water drones and integrated management systems for small and medium-sized shipbuilders. In addition, the company received a citation from the Governor of Gyeongnam Province for achieving $25,000 in exports to Malaysia in 2020 and Cambodia in 2021.

Hypercon Co., Ltd. is an early stage company that moved in in December 2021 and has a technology that realizes multifunctional concrete. This technology is the world's first resource recycling carbon capsule that can realize functions such as heat generation, electromagnetic wave shielding, and fireproofing by mixing cathode materials of discarded lithium-ion batteries and CNTs into high-purity carbon capsules and then mixing them when pouring concrete structures.

It is likely to enter the overseas construction materials market with its advanced technology in the field of recycling waste lithium-ion battery cathode materials and CNT processing. Currently, it is a company that is expected to grow innovatively by promoting commercialization while carrying out the preliminary startup package project supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

"We will spare no effort to discover technology-driven prospective entrepreneurs in the region and support them to leapfrog into companies that contribute to job creation in the region through startup support programs," said Credit Suk-wook, director of the Startup Incubator Center (Professor of Anti-Aging New Materials Science).
